Speedylink is a standalone service and does not make any pledge to its customers to actively create, find or procure work in any way whatsoever. Speedylink is not an employment agency or any organisation that conducts business in this or any similar manner. Speedylink shall provide design templates which are customisable in the exact manner indicated by the Speedylink webpage customisation form and in no other way whatsoever. E-text is a service included as a part of the Speedylink webpages in the form of a module capable of delivering web enquiries directly to one mobile phone. 200 sms messages are included in this package and all further messages shall be charged at approx 10 pence per SMS message in advance and in blocks of 100. The Speedylink service is charged at £99 per annum. Customers shall be charged annually for continuance of their Speedylink services. If resubscriptions do not occur within 7 days thereafter then Speedylink services shall be suspended. If cancellation is not received within 7 days of the annual charge then no refunds shall be permitted. Speedylink has been optimised to encourage superior placement in googles search engine for local searches by postcodes. Speedylink will not be responsible for any failure for a page to appear in Google search. Speedylink cannot be held responsible for failure of services due to internet breakdowns, mobile network breakdowns or acts of God.
